经宫颈输卵管插管治疗输卵管阻塞的手术介入治疗技术,自1985年 Platia 等首次报道以来,越来越受到重视及应用。我院开展输卵管阻塞的介入治疗一年来,取得满意的效果。现将我院48例患者接受介入治疗的资料,结合有关文献进行分析,进一步探讨其再通术,提高受孕率,预防并发症。资料与方法一、一般资料本组48例女性,患者均为不孕症,年龄在24～35岁,平均28岁。原发性不孕症19例,继发性29例,不孕时间2～10年,其中3～4年33
