从教十几年了,接触的学生性格可谓是差异万千,尤其是在2009年的时候,我接手了一批初中新生,其中有个学生可谓是“打岔”成癖,让人颇为头疼。刚开始面对这个孩子的时候,我对他不是很了解,该生上课打岔的现象则被我乐观地认为是他敢说话,善于思考,头脑灵活,举一反三等等。几年的农村教学实践,我一直认为一个农村初中生上课敢于发言,可谓难得。谁知时间久了问题也凸显出来了。首先,这个孩子打岔提出的问题,有时候会偏离课堂教学
