在产业结构不断优化升级的背景下,英语专业创新型人才培养不仅要培养具有创新能力的学生,也要培养具有创新能力的教师。文章主要从英语专业课程设置改革、增加实践活动、教学内容改革、培养具有创新能力的教师四个方面阐述英语专业创新人才改革方案以培养具有创新意识、创新精神、创新能力并能够取得创新成果的英语专业人才。
In the context of continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the training of innovative professionals in English major should not only cultivate students with innovative abilities, but also train innovative teachers. The article mainly elaborates the reform plan of English major innovative talents from four aspects: reform of English major curriculum setting, practice activities, teaching content reform, and training of teachers with innovative abilities, so as to cultivate innovation-oriented, innovative and innovative achievements of English majors English professionals.
