对镍、钴-二氧化锆复合镀液在不同工艺条件下刷镀所得的复合镀层进行了研究,应用扫描电镜和电子探针等设备,观察并拍摄了镀层的表面形貌和金相组织。试验结果表明:按优化参数得到的复合镀层结构紧密、晶粒细致。二氧化锆颗粒均匀弥散在镍、钴基质金属中,且镶嵌在基质金属的缝隙或本体上,形成“销钉”作用,将镀层与基体牢固地连接,使镀层具有较好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性,可用于模具的表面强化和机械零件的修复。
The composite coatings obtained by brush plating of nickel and cobalt - zirconia composite plating bath under different technological conditions were studied. The surface morphology and microstructure of the coatings were observed and photographed by scanning electron microscopy and electron probe. The experimental results show that the composite coating obtained by optimization parameters has compact structure and fine grain. The zirconium dioxide particles are uniformly dispersed in the nickel and cobalt matrix metals and embedded in the gaps or bodies of the matrix metals to form a “pin” effect, which firmly connects the plating layer with the substrate layer to make the plating layer have better wear resistance and resistance Corrosive and high temperature oxidation, can be used to strengthen the mold surface and mechanical parts repair.
