在当前进行的企业经营机制转换、深化改革的过程中,计量工作如何适应新形势,有效地发挥计量保证作用,是许多企业正在研究的课题。重庆钢铁公司自动化部,从分析本企业的计量管理现状入手,寻找生产经营管理中的计量需要,在管理体制上、工作任务上做了调整,使计量管理和生产经营有机的结合起来,摆正了企业计量部门的位置,蹚出了计量工作有效开展的新路,扎扎实实办了几件实事。 这篇论文虽然理论论述不多,对事物的分析还不够细,但其在方向,方法上对企业的计量工作开展是有指导意义的。我们希望这篇论文能给更多企业的领导以启迪,使本企业的计量管理工作走向科学化管理的轨道,为企业的生产经营提供基础保证。
In the process of transforming and deepening reform of the current business operations mechanism, how the measurement work adapts to the new situation and effectively plays the role of measurement assurance is a topic that many companies are studying. The automation department of Chongqing Iron and Steel Company started with an analysis of the status quo of the measurement management of the company, looked for measurement requirements in production and operation management, made adjustments in the management system and work tasks, and organically combined measurement management and production management. The position of the enterprise’s measurement department has revealed a new way for the effective implementation of the measurement work, and has solidly implemented several practical issues. Although there are not many theoretical discussions in this paper, the analysis of things is not enough, but it is instructive in the direction and methods of the measurement of enterprises. We hope that this paper will give more leadership to enterprises and make the measurement management of the company move toward a scientific management, and provide basic guarantees for the production and operation of enterprises.
