电力企业是我国国民经济的基础产业,在我国经济发展过程中发挥着巨大的作用,而政工工作又对电力企业的发展起到了至关重要的作用,全面提升电力政工人员的素质对政工工作的开展极其重要。本文针对目前电力政工人员的素质现状进行研究,找到目前电力政工人员存在的素质问题,在这个基础上完善电力政工人员素质,进一步推动电力企业工作的健康有序发展。
