以玉米象、谷蠹和赤拟谷盗为主要试虫,对采自四川、广西等省区的20余种天然植物直接制粉,筛选出具有较好杀虫效果的8种。特以蕃茄、辣蓼、八角进行对害虫作用方式的进一步试验发现,这些粉剂具有突出的触杀、驱避作用,而且植株的不同部位、植物的不同产地,药效存在明显的差异。粉剂拌粮不但对当代害虫具有很好的防治效果,而且对子代还具有较好的抑制作用。由于天然植物中大多数含有挥发油,故有一定的熏杀作用,但不如触杀作用突出。从天然植物中提取的挥发油经初步试验筛选出杀虫效果突出的8种。以黄樟油、肉桂油、八角油进行对害虫作用方式测定中发现,这些植物挥发油具有强烈的熏杀和触杀作用,且用量低、致死作用迅速。用植物挥发油拌粮既能杀灭当代害虫,又可控制子代的发生。植物挥发油的驱避作用较粉剂更强,经持续四周试验后其驱避率仍能保持在80%左右。这些植物性物质来源广泛,可直接应用于谷物、种子、饲料等储藏物害虫的防治,具有广泛的应用前景。
In this study, 20 species of natural plants collected from Sichuan, Guangxi and other provinces and autonomous regions were directly pulverized with maize elephants, rice beetles and red tarragon as test insects, and 8 species with better insecticidal effects were selected. Further experiments with tomato, Polygonum capillaris and star anise on the modes of action of pests found that these powders have outstanding contact and repellent effects. Moreover, there are significant differences between different parts of plants and plants in different producing areas and pharmacodynamics. Powder mixed grain not only has a good control effect on contemporary pests, but also has a good inhibitory effect on offspring. As most of the natural plants contain volatile oil, so there is a certain role in smoked, but not as prominent contact action. Volatile oils extracted from natural plants were screened out by the preliminary test of eight prominent pesticidal effects. Using sassafras oil, cinnamon oil and star anise oil to determine the mode of action of pests, we found that the volatile oil of these plants has strong fumigation and contact killing effects, and the dosage is low and the lethal effect is rapid. Volatile oil plant oil mixture can kill both contemporary pests, but also control the offspring. The repellent effect of plant volatile oil is stronger than that of the powder, and its repellent rate can still be maintained at about 80% after being tested for four weeks. These plant-derived substances are widely available and can be directly applied to the prevention and treatment of stored pests such as cereals, seeds and feedstuffs, and have wide application prospects.
