本文通过溶血空斑试验、巨噬细胞吞噬功能试验和白细胞移动抑制试验,观察到小白鼠服用苍耳子和细辛后的免疫功能明显受到抑制。进一步试验发现其抑制作用与其影响到实验小鼠的T细胞亚群分布和β-内啡肽的产生有关。本文为苍耳子及细辛应用于免疫抑制作用提供实验室资料。
In this paper, hemolytic plaque test, macrophage phagocytosis test and leukocyte migration inhibition test were observed in mice after Xanthium and Asarum immune function was significantly inhibited. Further experiments showed that the inhibitory effect was related to the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets and the production of β-endorphin in experimental mice. This article provides the laboratory data for the application of Xanthium sibiricum and Asarum for immunosuppressive effects.
