This paper takes “arithmetic mean and geometric mean” as an example to discuss the teaching design under the new curriculum standard. The content of the article includes the understanding of the new mathematics curriculum for high schools and the design of the classroom mathematics and geometric mean in the implementation of the new curriculum.
