美国学者Boyer首次提出教学学术是为了解决美国高校科研与教学之争,提高美国高校的教学质量,其初衷是为高校服务的。伴随着我国中小学教师学历的提高及其研究能力的提升,中小学教师进行的教学研究将教学提升到了学术的高度,这一高度要求有效教学的深化、教师的持续专业发展和教育研究视点的下移。提升中小学教学品性,需要中小学教师在扎根实践中寻找问题,在课题研究中深化教学,在专业发展中提升能力。
