QAA完善了英国高等教育质量保障机制,提升了高等院校质量评价绩效。英国诺兰德学院的办学特色包括知行合一的办学理念,注重职业素养提升的校园环境,以及学历文凭与职业资格并重的毕业标准。其高质量的办学水平源于严谨的学术标准保障制度,高标准的学位文凭授予制度,以师生为本的管理制度,及时有效的质量改善体系。借鉴其经验,中国高等职业院校的建设需要形成特色化人才培养定位,契合需求的质量标准,院校自主的教学质量保障机制,以及以师生为本的服务理念。 QAA improves the quality assurance system of higher education in the UK and improves the quality evaluation performance of higher education institutions. British Nolan College’s school features include the concept of unity of knowledge and practice of running a school, pay attention to enhance the professionalism of the campus environment, as well as diplomas and qualifications both graduation standards. Its high quality of running school level stems from the strict academic standards of security system, a high degree of degree diploma grant system, teacher-student management system, timely and effective quality improvement system. Drawing on its experience, the construction of higher vocational colleges in China needs to form a quality personnel training orientation, a quality standard that meets the requirements, an independent teaching quality assurance mechanism of colleges and universities, and a service concept based on teachers and students.
