水泥稳定碎石路面基层结构,属于半刚性结构,具有整体性强、承载力高、刚度大、水稳性好且造价较低等优点,被我国高速公路和干线公路建设广泛应用。但半刚性基层的缺点是抗变形能力差,随着温度和湿度的变化容易产生裂缝,造成油层的反射裂缝,减少道路的使用寿命。因此如何解决半刚性基层裂缝问题,就成为了道路基层研究的主要课题,文章以105国道济宁段改建工程为例,就水泥稳定碎石基层采用嵌挤结构配比设计,减少裂缝的做法,作了介绍。
The basic structure of cement stabilized gravel pavement belongs to the semi-rigid structure, which has the advantages of strong integrity, high bearing capacity, high rigidity, good water stability and low cost. It is widely used in the construction of expressways and trunk highways in China. However, the shortcomings of the semi-rigid base layer is poor resistance to deformation, with the temperature and humidity changes prone to cracks, resulting in reflections of the reservoir cracks and reduce road life. Therefore, how to solve the problem of cracks in the semi-rigid base has become a major issue in the research of road base. Taking the Jining section reconstruction project of 105 national highway as an example, this paper uses the structure design of embedded crowded structure to reduce the crack in the cement stabilized aggregate.
