黄尾密鲴(Xenocypris davidi bleeker)是淡水常见的经济鱼类,也是水库、湖泊增养殖的对象。我省临澧县官亭水库(养鱼面积343.3公顷)的黄尾密鲴,多年来形成了稳定的自然种群,年产量可达5吨以上,此鱼在我省水库渔业中占有重要的地位。本实验于1983年5—8月在官亭水库渔场进行。材料与方法参照国内外流水密闭呼吸室原理,设置如图1的耗氧简易测定装置。图1中容器A与B体积各为40立升,稳压瓶C体积20立升。上述容器实验前预先装满加热或用冰块调好定温的水库水,A水温由控温
Xenocypris davidi bleeker is a freshwater common economic fish, but also reservoir, lake breeding object. Over the years, the Guanting Reservoir in Lintao County (343.3 hectares of fish) has formed a stable natural population with an annual output of over 5 tons.
