目的了解新疆阜康市市售食品中化学污染物及食源性致病菌的污染状况,为食品安全监督提供科学依据。方法按照新疆维吾尔自治区食品安全风险监测计划,在阜康市市场流通环节及生产环节随机抽取12类食品,按国家相关标准和方法进行检测。结果共检测食品12大类22个品种225份样品,总体合格率59.6%;检测微生物指标样品142份,合格77份,合格率为54.2%;检测化学污染物样品122份,超标72份,检出率为59.0%。结论 2011~2012年阜康市抽检食品的微生物指标、油炸制品的铝含量、酱腌菜的亚硝酸盐含量不合格现象比较突出,预示引起急性群体性食物中毒及慢性蓄积性中毒事件的风险较大,今后相关部门必须进一步加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the pollution status of chemical contaminants and food-borne pathogens in the commercial food in Fukang, Xinjiang and to provide a scientific basis for food safety supervision. Methods According to the food safety risk monitoring plan in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, 12 types of food products were randomly selected from the circulation and production links in Fukang market and tested according to relevant national standards and methods. Results Totally 225 samples of 22 varieties of food were detected, with the overall pass rate of 59.6%. There were 142 samples with 77 qualified samples, with a pass rate of 54.2%; 122 samples of chemical contaminants were detected, exceeding 72 samples The rate of 59.0%. CONCLUSIONS: Microbiological indexes of sampled foods in Fukang from 2011 to 2012, aluminum content in fried products and unacceptable nitrite content in pickles are more prominent, which indicates the risk of acute group food poisoning and chronic accumulation poisoning events Larger, the relevant departments in the future must further strengthen supervision and management.
