采用间断注射/连续光源火焰原子吸收法测定海水淡化多级闪蒸(MSF)排放水中铜、镍的含量,方法操作简便,水样过滤酸化后直接测定。结果显示,该方法无光谱干扰,采用基体匹配法后可以消除物理干扰,标准曲线线性良好,铜和镍的加标回收率分别为96%和106%,测试精密度分别为0.8%和2.1%。铜和镍测试的检出限分别为0.027 mg/L和0.024 mg/L,最低检测浓度分别为0.084 mg/L和0.058 mg/L。
The determination of copper and nickel in desalinated multi-stage flash (MSF) effluent water by using the method of intermittent injection / continuous light source flame atomic absorption spectrometry was simple and easy to operate, and the water sample was directly filtered after being acidified. The results show that this method has no spectral interference and the matrix matching method can eliminate the physical interference. The standard curve has a good linearity. The recovery rates of copper and nickel are 96% and 106% respectively. The test precision is 0.8% and 2.1% . The detection limits of copper and nickel were 0.027 mg / L and 0.024 mg / L, respectively. The lowest detection limits were 0.084 mg / L and 0.058 mg / L, respectively.
