目的:研究EMAb、CA125、TNF-α与子宫内膜异位症的相关性,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法:选取经病理证实为子宫内膜异位症的患者58例作为观察组,另外选取同期健康女性58例为对照组,比较两组患者血清和腹腔液中EM-Ab、CA125、TNF-α的变化,同时对子宫内膜异位症患者不同分期血清和腹腔液中EMAb、CA125、TNF-α的变化进行分析。结果:观察组患者血清和腹腔液中EMAb、CA125、TNF-α水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);子宫内膜异位症患者Ⅲ和Ⅳ期血清和腹腔液中EMAb、CA125、TNF-α水平均高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论:血清和腹腔液中EMAb、CA125、TNF-α与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展密切相关,有助于子宫内膜异位症的诊断。
Objective: To study the correlation between EMAb, CA125, TNF-α and endometriosis and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with endometriosis confirmed by pathology were selected as the observation group and 58 healthy women in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of EM-Ab, CA125 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid The changes of EMAb, CA125 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis at different stages were also analyzed. Results: The levels of EMAb, CA125 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of EMAb, CA125, TNF in serum and peritoneal fluid in patients with endometriosis -α levels were higher than Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.05). Conclusion: EMAb, CA125 and TNF-α in serum and peritoneal fluid are closely related to the occurrence and development of endometriosis, which is helpful for the diagnosis of endometriosis.
