目的: 研究城市生活垃圾无害化处理问题。方法: 用微生物对100 吨城市生活垃圾进行处理, 第六天使垃圾的温度超过70℃, 且在此温度下保持7天, 然后温度逐渐下降到15天。结果: 处理后在垃圾固有微生物中, 细菌总数、真菌数、产气荚膜杆菌量及粪大肠菌的量分别下降了95.51% 、99.09% 、87.60% 和99.70% 。对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念球菌、乙型肝炎病毒及蛔虫卵的杀灭率分别是99.99% 、100% 、96.67% 、99.91% 、100% 及99.00% 。结论: 城市生活垃圾的生物性处理能很好地使垃圾达到无害化标准
Objective: To study the harmless disposal of municipal solid waste. Methods: 100 tons of municipal solid waste was treated with microorganisms. On the sixth day, the temperature of rubbish exceeded 70 ° C and kept at this temperature for 7 days, then the temperature gradually dropped to 15 days. Results: The total number of bacteria, fungi, Clostridium perfringens and fecal coliform decreased by 95.51%, 99.09%, 87.60% and 99.70% in the litter inherent microorganisms after treatment.
