本文就不同工艺制备的中药复方制剂脉痹通颗粒剂Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号对大鼠静脉血栓形成抑制和溶解作用进行了研究。结果表明,二药均有抑制血栓形成作用,其中脉痹通颗粒剂Ⅱ号在大剂量(3.2mg/kg)时对静脉血栓兼有溶解作用,且其作用明显强于脉痹通Ⅰ号和阳性对照药通塞脉片。
In this article, we studied the inhibition and dissolution of venous thrombosis in rats by Qiutongtong Granules I and II prepared by different techniques. The results showed that both drugs inhibited thrombosis. In addition, the two drugs had a thrombolytic effect on venous thromboembolism at a high dose (3.2 mg/kg), and its effect was significantly stronger than that of the pulse phlegm and I. The positive control drug was Tongsaimai tablets.
