在冲压加工中,可采用本文介绍的一种六杆机构自动接料装置,实现自动接料。该装置依靠冲床滑块的上下运动、带动一双摇杆机构,自动接住从上模下来的工件,并投向预定的地方。该装置结构简单,动作可靠,还可以与自动送料配合使用。其工作原理图见图1。当冲床滑块下降冲压零件时,接盘向后运动让开位置给滑块工作。当滑块工作完毕上升时,接盘向前至滑块上方。这时,冲床打杆将零件打下,接盘正好接住。当第二个冲次到来时,接盘向后运动,依靠惯性将盘中的零件抛出至冲床后面的零件箱内。周而复始,循环工作。我厂的产品采用这种工艺达到了预期的效果。
