建国以来,我国的文化事业经过了几个时期,改革开放之前,文化事业正处于一个比较低迷的时期,改革开放事业蓬勃发展至今,文化市场日益向现代化方向前进,改革的成效是非常明显的,但随着群众的文化需求不断提高,国际文化领域的发展日新月异,我们不能满足于现有成果,应积极总结经验,锐意进取,进一步加快文化事业的改革进程。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the cultural undertakings of our country have been going through several periods. Before the reform and opening up, the cause of culture was in a period of relatively low development. Since the cause of reform and opening up has flourished so far, the market for cultural products has been progressively moving toward modernization. The effectiveness of the reform has been very clear. However, with the continuous improvement of the cultural needs of the masses and the ever-changing development in the field of international culture, we can not be content with the existing achievements. We should summing up our experience, forge ahead with determination and further accelerate the reform process in cultural undertakings.
