目的:通过建立测定益母草中多糖含量的方法及考察贵州省惠水县人工种植不同采收期益母草中多糖的含量变化,以确定最佳采收期。方法:采用硫酸—苯酚法显色后用分光光度计测定吸收度,测定波长为491nm,从而测出益母草中多糖的含量。结果:多糖浓度2.11~14.07μg/ml在范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回收率平均值=99.58%,RSD=1.26%。产地相同而不同采收期的家种益母草中多糖的含量不同,惠水人工种植益母草多糖的含量以9月份最高。结论:惠水地区栽培的益母草9月为最佳采收期。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimum harvesting period by establishing a method for the determination of polysaccharides in Leonurus and studying the content changes of polysaccharides in the motherwort at different harvesting times in Huishui County, Guizhou Province. Methods: The absorbance was determined by spectrophotometer with sulfuric acid - phenol method and the wavelength was determined to be 491nm. The content of polysaccharide in Leonurus was determined. Results: The polysaccharide concentration ranged from 2.11 to 14.07 μg / ml showed a good linearity within the range. The average recoveries were 99.58% and RSD = 1.26%. The same origin but different harvesting time, the content of polysaccharides in different kinds of motherwort was different, and the content of polysaccharides of artificial motherwort planted in Huishui was the highest in September. Conclusion: Motherwort cultivated in Huishui area is the best harvesting period in September.
