有机磷酸盐类成核剂由于成核效率高,可使聚丙烯(PP)结晶温度升高,热变形温度、刚性及透明性显著提高,对其成核机理的研究将为开发设计新型高效成核剂提供理论依据。然而,有关该类成核剂对PP的成核机理至今尚不统一。目前,主要有两种理论:一是成核剂晶体与聚合物晶体表面之间的“附生”机理降低成核自由能,从而促进成核;二是成核剂的加入抑制聚合物分子链的运动,促进成核。本文从PP成核剂成核机理出发,着重阐述了有机磷酸盐类成核剂对PP成核规律与机理的研究,并在总结国内外研究现状的基础上展望了成核机理研究的方向及前景。
