本文对钢板弹簧常用的中碳低合金弹簧钢采用水性淬火液AQ251，从淬火冷却机理、机械性能、工艺试验及批量生产的应用．验证水性淬火液能否代管机械油用于钢板弹簧热处理生产。结果表明，采用水性淬火波AQ251处理的钢板弹簧，其全相组织，淬火硬度、机械性能、疲劳寿命均优于或相当于油淬工件．可以采用代替机械油用于钢板弹簧作淬火介质．生产应用取得了较好效果．
In this paper, commonly used low-carbon steel spring steel with low-alloy spring quenching liquid AQ251 quenching and cooling mechanism, mechanical properties, process testing and mass production applications. Verify whether aqueous quenching fluid can be used to heat treat plate springs. The results show that the all-phase structure, quenching hardness, mechanical properties and fatigue life of the leaf spring treated with water quenching wave AQ251 are better than or equivalent to the oil-quenched workpieces. Can be used instead of mechanical oil for leaf spring quenching medium. Production and application achieved good results.
