选用合适的丙烯酸酯体系的聚合物制备了PDLC样品,光电测试曲线表明其驱动电压可以低至25V,改变聚合物中的稀释单体能够大幅降低PDLC的驱动电压。选用不同稀释单体的两种聚合物的介电常数及阻抗表明,聚合物的介电性能及阻抗为影响PDLC驱动电压的深层次原因,液晶的组分及PDLC的膜厚对PDLC的驱动电压也有一定影响。
PDLC samples were prepared from polymers of the appropriate acrylate system. The photo-test curve shows that the driving voltage can be as low as 25V. Modifying the diluted monomer in the polymer can drastically reduce the driving voltage of the PDLC. The dielectric constants and impedances of the two polymers with different dilution monomers indicate that the dielectric properties and impedances of the polymer are the deep-seated reasons that affect the driving voltage of the PDLC. The composition of the liquid crystal and the thickness of the PDLC affect the driving voltage of the PDLC There is also a certain impact.
