研究了母带厚度、钢液过热度、浸渍时间等工艺参数对薄带凝固层厚度的影响规律。认为母带与凝固层之间良好焊合的前提是母带表面产生部分熔化,并获得了焊合的最佳工艺条件。
The effects of processing parameters, such as masterbatch thickness, degree of superheat of molten steel and immersion time, on the thickness of strip solidified layer were studied. It is considered that the premise of good welding between the masterbatch and the solidified layer is that the masterbatch surface is partially melted and the best welding conditions are obtained.
