中职学校主要是为了培养服务型人才,但是从现阶段中职学校的发展来看,其存在着许多突出的问题,比如生源质量下降严重,学生自由散漫,不服从学校、教师的管理,学生道德素质较低,等等。在素质教育发展的今天,素质成为学校教育的目标,培养具有良好道德品质的学生是衡量一个学校教学质量的重要标准,同时具备良好的品德也已成为衡量人才的重要标准。在这种发展背景下,加强道德教育成为每一所学校都需要重视的问题。对中职生德育现状、其影响因素等方面进行了分析,以企探索出一条培养中职生道德素质的新道路,从而为改进中职生德育教育作出贡献。

The status quo of secondary vocational school moral education, its influencing factors and other aspects were analyzed in order to explore a new way to train secondary vocational school students’ moral qualities, thus contributing to the improvement of secondary vocational school moral education.
