岐山一带周的居民原本是使用藏缅语的羌人,他们转用汉语并保留相当多的藏缅语词。藏缅语词在《诗经》《周书》等书面文献中较多出现。本文以“曲”“违”“■”“吾”“语”等字所代表的汉语词为例,说明汉语与藏缅语早期的接触关系。看来用汉语和藏语书面语的比较来代替汉语与藏缅语的比较是不合适的。
The inhabitants of the Qishan area were originally Tibetan and Burmese Qiang who switched to Chinese and retained quite a few Tibetan and Burmese words. Tibetan-Burmese words appear more frequently in written documents such as The Book of Songs and Zhou Books. This paper takes the Chinese words “Qu”, “Violation”, “Wu” and “Yu” as an example to illustrate the early contact between Chinese and Tibeto - Burman. It seems inappropriate to compare the comparison between Chinese and Tibeto-Burmese with the comparison between Chinese and Tibetan written language.
