2006年10月,“从洛桑到北京”第四届国际纤维艺术双年展、暨学术研讨会,在中国苏州隆重开幕。本次双年展以及学术研讨会,系由中国工艺美术学会、清华大学美术学院主办,评委会由国内外著名艺术家和纤维艺术家组成。参加本次展览及学术研讨活动的,有来自中国大陆及台湾香港地区、法国、意大利、德国、英国、瑞士、瑞典、比利时、希腊、丹麦、挪威、荷兰、美国、加拿大、拉脱维亚、格鲁吉亚、澳大利亚、日本、韩国等国家及地区的280余位艺术家和专家学者。这次展览,入选作品共计230余件,其中,来自国外的作品约达80件,是国际纤维艺术最高级别的一次盛会。我院覃大立老师率余佩佳同学,在缺乏学术活动资金支持的情况下,自费参加了这次国际纤维艺术的盛大集会,参展作品《涟漪》,荣获此次展览“银奖”,赢得了与会专家的一致好评,为我院科研与教学工作争得了荣誉。
October 2006, “From Lausanne to Beijing” The 4th International Fiber Art Biennale and Symposium was grandly opened in Suzhou, China. The Biennale and the Symposium are organized by the China Arts and Crafts Institute and the Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts. The jury is composed of famous artists and fiber artists at home and abroad. Participate in this exhibition and academic activities, from China and Hong Kong, Taiwan, France, Italy, Germany, Britain, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Greece, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Latvia, Georgia, Australia , Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions more than 280 artists and experts and scholars. A total of more than 230 works were selected for this exhibition, of which about 80 were from abroad. It is a grand occasion for the highest level of international fiber art.
