绿芝宝对高原工人的血液流变特性及自由基代谢的影响

目的 探讨高原环境对工人的血液流变学指标和自由基代谢的影响 ;观察服用抗自由基保健饮料绿芝宝对高原危害的防护作用。方法 对来自平原的健康筑路工人分为平原组、高原组和绿芝宝组 3组。分别检测工人在平原和进驻高原 3个月后及在高原服用保健饮料绿芝宝 3个月后的红细胞压积 (HCT)、血液粘度 (ηb)、红细胞变形指数 (DI)、自由基代谢相关指标 (MDA、SOD、CAT、GSH Px)等。结果 高原缺氧环境下人体的红细胞数量增加 ,血液粘度增高 ,红细胞变形性降低 ,MDA、CAT、GSH Px升高。服用抗自由基保健饮料绿芝宝后 ,各项指标均有改善。结论 高原缺氧导致人体的血液流变学指标变差、自由基代谢状态紊乱 ;服用保健饮料绿芝宝后能改善血液流变学指标和自由基代谢 ,提高机体的抗缺氧能力。 Objective To investigate the influence of plateau environment on hemorheology indexes and free radical metabolism of workers and to observe the protective effect of anti-free radical health drink Green Zibao on the hazard of plateau. Methods The healthy road construction workers from the plain were divided into three groups: Plains group, Plateau group and Lvzhibao group. (HCT), blood viscosity (ηb), erythrocyte deformability index (DI) and free radical metabolism were measured respectively after 3 months in the plain and in the plateau, and 3 months after taking chlor- Indicators (MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH Px) and so on. Results In plateau anoxic environment, the number of red blood cells increased, blood viscosity increased, erythrocyte deformability decreased, MDA, CAT, GSH Px increased. After taking anti-free radical health drink green zibao, all the indicators have improved. Conclusion Hypoxia on the plateau leads to worsening of hemorheology index and disorder of free radical metabolism. Taking chlorogenic acid of health drink can improve hemorrheological indexes and free radical metabolism, and improve the anti-hypoxia ability of the body.
