本文首先描述了BEPCII储存环真空系统的特点、主要参数和真空设备的总体布局。同时对储存环真空系统的关键设备真空盒、光子吸收器和RF屏蔽波纹管的设计原理、加工工艺以及实验方法进行了说明。另外还介绍了真空盒内表面镀TiN的实验装置以及被镀样品的测试结果。
This paper first describes the characteristics of BEPCII storage ring vacuum system, the main parameters and the overall layout of vacuum equipment. At the same time, the design principle, processing technology and experimental method of the key equipment vacuum box, photon absorber and RF shielding bellows of the storage ring vacuum system are described. In addition, the experimental equipment for TiN coating on the inner surface of the vacuum box and the test results of the plated samples are also introduced.
