对北京市朝阳门地区参加儿童保健门诊定期发育检查和对父母进行育儿指导的一组正常小儿和同龄对照组小儿(共91人)36月龄时的发育商影响因素进行了分析。经单因素分析,在0.05的显著性水平上,参加门诊育儿指导、父亲文化程度(是否大学)、母亲文化程度(是否大学)、父亲职业(是否干部)、所入托儿所种类、24月龄和36月龄时家庭育儿环境分,以及母亲育儿知识分等因素对36月龄发育商有影响。在多元回归分析中,显示有统计学显著性的因素是:36月龄家庭育儿环境分、24月龄家庭大小、父亲是否大学文化、小儿性别及母亲年龄,其中家庭育儿环境分与发育商的相关性远大于其他的因素,而且是婴幼儿发育干预作用的重要环节。
The influential factors of the developers at 36 months of age were analyzed in a group of normal children and peer-control children (91 persons) attending regular check-ups of child health clinic in Beijing Chaoyangmen area and parenting guidance to their parents.
