当前随着我国改革开放的深入发展和经济转型期的持续阵痛,我国的经济犯罪类型呈现出多样化的态势,这给我国以临沂地区为代表的广大农村地区的经济发展态势与社会生活都带来了极大的隐患和影响,因而在现有社会发展框架下运用好新视野的法制规范,对现有的农村经济犯罪问题运用适宜的侦查对策,就成为我国当前农村地区经济犯罪防控的首要问题。本文即从临沂市农村经济犯罪侦查对策的研究角度出发,通过对试点地区的犯罪研究总结出农村经济犯罪的一般规律,并对这一特征进行系统的侦查防治。
At present, with the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and sustained pain in the period of economic restructuring, the types of economic crimes in our country have shown a variety of trends. This has given the economic development and social life in vast rural areas represented by Linyi in our country Therefore, under the framework of the existing social development, the legal norms of the new horizon are applied, and the appropriate investigation and countermeasures against the existing rural economic crimes have become the prevention and control of economic crimes in the present rural areas of our country main issue. This article starts from the perspective of investigating the countermeasures of rural economic crimes in Linyi City, summarizes the general laws of rural economic crimes through the study of crimes in pilot areas, and systematically investigates and prevents this feature.
