It is an inevitable result of the reform of the personnel system in colleges and universities to strengthen the auditing of economic responsibility in colleges and universities and to promote the cooperation between the auditing department and discipline inspection and supervision departments. It is also the need of strengthening the supervision and management of the leading cadres in colleges and universities, and an objective requirement for the improvement of the party style and the establishment of an honest and clean government in the institutions of higher learning.
