过碘酸六次甲基四胺银染色法(以下简称银染色)是肾脏病理诊断的重要组织学染色技术,主要用于光镜水平的研究。有关电镜标本包埋后超薄切片银染色尚未见报道。我们经过摸索、实践,建立了包埋后超薄切片银染色技术,使之成为分析超微结构的一个重要技术手段。本文就该技术的特点及其价值介绍如下:
Periodic acid hexamethylenetetramine silver staining (hereinafter referred to as silver staining) is an important pathological diagnosis of renal histological staining techniques, mainly used for light microscope. Electron microscopy embedded in ultra-thin sections of silver staining has not been reported.
