健全社会主义协商民主制度为工会代表和维护职工的合法权益提供了新的广阔舞台,工会要紧紧抓住这个机遇,打造一批职工群众信赖、社会认知度高的品牌工程、民心工程,增强工会组织的凝聚力和号召力。目前,工会参与协商民主主要有两种类型:一是与同级政府的联席会议制度;二是企事业单位的职工代表大会制度,企业工会与同级行政的平等协商集体合同制度。
