目的:探讨Hps(heparanase,乙酰肝素酶)和bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)与宫颈癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法:取该院宫颈癌住院手术患者组织标本89例、宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)41例、正常宫颈组织35例,采用免疫组化SP法对Hps和bFGF的表达进行检测。结果:宫颈癌组织中Hps和bFGF的免疫积分明显高于宫颈CIN组织及正常宫颈组织。而在CIN和正常宫颈组织间比较差异无统计学意义。Hps和bFGF的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、血管浸润和淋巴结转移有关。结论:Hps和bFGF可能在宫颈癌的发生、发展及预后中起着重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between heparanase (Hpa), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and occurrence, development and prognosis of cervical cancer. Methods: Totally 89 cases of cervical cancer inpatients, 41 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 35 cases of normal cervical tissue were collected. The expression of Hps and bFGF were detected by immunohistochemical SP method . Results: The immune integral of Hps and bFGF in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in cervical CIN and normal cervical tissue. There was no significant difference between CIN and normal cervical tissue. Hps and bFGF expression and cervical cancer clinical stage, vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Hps and bFGF may play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of cervical cancer.
