从当前中国律师行业普遍存在的职业道德问题出发,深入探讨并提出解决这些问题的对策。认为随着社会经济的发展,依法治国已经成为中国的基本治国方略,法律发挥着越来越重要的作用,而律师作为法律工作者,是国家法制建设的重要组成部分,律师通过为社会提供法律服务,以维护法律的尊严和正确实施及维护社会的公平与公正。这就要求律师们不仅要有较强的业务能力,更需要有良好的职业价值核心精神。
Proceeding from the current occupational ethics issues in China’s lawyer industry, this paper explores and proposes solutions to these problems. It is considered that with the development of society and economy, ruling the country by law has become the basic strategy of running the country and the law plays an increasingly important role. As a legal worker, lawyers are an important part of the legal construction of the country. Lawyers provide legal services to the community Service to maintain the dignity of the law and the proper implementation and maintenance of social fairness and justice. This requires lawyers not only have a strong business ability, but also need to have a good core value of professionalism.
