以人为本——新《保险法》对保险消费者利益的保护

《中华人民共和国保险法(修订案)》将于2009年10月1日起施行。新《保险法》在规则完善和制度设计上体现了“以为人本”的立法宗旨,特别加强了对投保人一方利益的保护。

The People’s Republic of China Insurance Law (Amendment) will come into effect on October 1, 2009. The new “Insurance Law” reflects the legislative purpose of “taking people as the foundation” in the improvement of rules and system design, and especially the protection of the interests of the policyholders.
