为了进一步促进特区经济的发展,更好地发挥特区四个“窗口”和两个“扇面”的辐射作用,广东经济学会、广东省社会科学院经济研究所、珠海市经济学会(筹)、深圳市经济学会、汕头经济特区研究会等单位联合发起召开了广东省第二次经济特区学术讨论会。会议从去年12月16日开始,至20日结束。到会代表110余人,收到论文80余篇。讨论的中心议题,是如何评价特区建设五年来的成就和实现外向型经济问题。现将主要观点综述如下:
In order to further promote the economic development in the SEZs and make better use of the radiation effects of the four “windows” and the two “sectors” of the SAR, the Guangdong Economic Association, the Economic Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, the Zhuhai Economic Association (chips), Shenzhen Economic Society, Shantou Special Economic Zone Research Association and other units jointly sponsored the Guangdong Province second special economic zone seminar. The meeting began on December 16 last year and ended on the 20th. More than 110 representatives to the conference, received more than 80 papers. The central issue of discussion is how to appraise the achievements of the special zone in the past five years and to realize the outward-oriented economy. The main points are summarized as follows:
