(一)半年来改进领导工作的收获:黄龙县人民政府半年来领导工作,较去年提高了一步。五一年前季的主要任务是以开展抗美援朝爱国主义的增产运动和镇压反革命为中心,配合进行修正产量,防疫卫生等工作。现已顺利完成任务。这些任务的完成,主要是贯澈了我们二月二十日「关于改进领导工作的决定」,领导上基本跳出事务主义的圈子,工作摆脱被动,转入主动,贯澈各项政策及时了解情况,讲究问题,总结经验,推广全面,使整个工作稳步发展的结果。兹将工作中的收获分述如下:
(I) Improving the Leading Work of the Past Six Months: The leadership of Huanglong County People’s Government in the past six months has seen a step up from the previous year. The main task of the previous quarter of 1991 was to carry out the pro-American campaign of increasing production of patriotism and the suppression of counter-revolution and cooperate with the work on such issues as the revision of output and epidemic prevention and sanitation. Now the task has been successfully completed. The completion of these tasks mainly consisted of clarifying our “Decision on Improving Leading Work” on February 20 and basically out of the circle of affairs on the leadership. The work got rid of being passive, turning itself into initiative and keeping up with all relevant policies to keep abreast of the situation , Pay attention to problems, sum up experience, promote a comprehensive, the steady development of the entire work results.
