全国预算会计研究会一届二次常务理事会,1991年12月27日至28日在北京召开。会议由田一农会长主持,李慧中副会长作了工作汇报。研究会成立一年多来做了大量工作:(1)建立组织,已有22个省、区、市和计划单列市建立了预算会计研究机构;(2)推动科研,组成了九个课题组,召开了全国第一次理论研讨会,交流了30余篇论文;(3)创办了会刊《预算会计研究通讯》,
The second session of the Standing Committee of the National Institute of Budget Accounting Research, December 27, 1991 to December 28 held in Beijing.
