在我国经济高速发展的当前阶段,土建工程项目数量激增,工程管理的重要性也日益显现出来。科学有效的工程管理是保证土建工程质量、安全、进度、成本等方面的重要基础,为了加强对土建工程项目的有效管理,本文结合管理过程中经常出现的一些问题提出了优化措施,对同类工程施工具有一定的借鉴作用。
