作者认为香格里拉可持续发展战略是值得青藏高原其它地区乃至全国借鉴的特殊模式。其核心是利用丰富的可更新资源 ,大力发展“无烟”工业 ,重点开发水能资源、旅游和生物资源 ,发展花卉业等绿色产业 ,在保护资源、环境和生态的前提下 ,迅速促进高原区域经济的发展。文章从资源环境保护、区域发展和人类行为等方面 ,对香格里拉可持续发展战略重大工程的实施与结果 ,进行了详细的分析 ,最后进行了简要的前景展望。
The author believes that Shangri-La’s sustainable development strategy is a special mode that is worth learning from other parts of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the whole country. Its core is to make full use of abundant renewable resources, vigorously develop “smokeless” industries, focus on the development of hydropower resources, tourism and biological resources and the development of green industries such as flower industry. Promote the rapid promotion of the plateau on the premise of protecting resources, environment and ecology Regional economic development. In this paper, the implementation and results of Shangri-La’s major projects of sustainable development are analyzed in detail from aspects of resources and environment protection, regional development and human behavior. Finally, a brief outlook is given.
