我县地处赣西北部,是全省五十三个重点产材县之一,也是全国二十三个年产百万商品毛竹的重点县之一。全县有林地面积160万亩,占总土地面积的65%,森林覆盖率达58.6%,经林业部、省、地检查验收,已彻底消灭了宜林荒山,达到全面绿化。多年来,我们把保护森林,发展林业作为一项重要工作来抓,特别在林政资源管理中,采取了一系列有效措施,取得了明显的效果,出现了森林资源持续增长的好势头,奉新的山更绿了,1993年被林业部评为“全国森林资源、林政管理先
My county is located in the northwestern Jiangxi Province, is one of the 53 key production-oriented counties in the province, and is one of the 23 counties in the country with an annual output of 1 million merchandise of bamboo.
