教学是一个双项活动,教师的教与学生的学共同制约着教学效果,只有教与学达到有效的统一,教学才能取得良好效果。我认为,教师要研究和掌握学生心理,构建和谐的师生关系,促进教学效果。
Teaching is a double activity. Teacher’s teaching and student’s learning jointly restrict the teaching effect. Only if teaching and learning reach an effective unity can teaching achieve good results. I think that teachers should study and master the students’ psychology, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and promote teaching effectiveness.
