近期,我县接转72份复退军人党员档案,经审查有问题的竟达18份。从档案中看反映出的主要问题有:一、填表不严肃。有的“支部意见”栏中仅有支部书记私章而没有加盖公章;有的培养人或支部书记签名与所盖私章名字不吻合;有的已超过转正期限近两年,但转正栏既没有支部意见,也没有党委意见;还有的只在“党委审批意见”栏中加盖了公私章,而没有填写意见。二、把关不严格。有的《入党积极分子培养表》中仅有半年培养意见,就被批准为预备党员;有的培养表中没有“总结报告”;有的不够一年预备期,在没有注明特殊情况前提下,就被批准为正式党员了。
