针对采油领域中的射孔枪内壁盲孔加工,设计了一种深孔内壁盲孔钻削工具。建立了深孔内壁盲孔钻削工具的理论模型,进一步对钻削工具结构进行具体设计。重点介绍了刀具的进给结构和导向支撑结构,并且对钻具中关键零部件进行了有限元分析,为深孔内壁盲孔加工提供了一种新方法和理论基础。
In view of the blind hole machining of perforating gun inner wall in the oil field, a deep hole inner wall blind hole drilling tool is designed. The theoretical model of deep hole inner wall blind hole drilling tool was established, and the concrete structure of drilling tool was further designed. The feeding structure and guiding support structure of the cutter are introduced emphatically. The key components of the drilling tool are analyzed by finite element method, which provides a new method and theoretical foundation for the blind hole machining of deep hole inner wall.
