受世界金融危机影响,全国房地产市场正在经历从快速增长到出现萎缩的调整期,北京市房地产市场也同样受到了影响。本文就后奥运时期首都普通商品住宅市场价格变化状况进行了简要分析和判断,并提出促进首都住宅市场健康发展的初步建议。
Affected by the world financial crisis, the national real estate market is experiencing a period of adjustment from rapid growth to shrinking. The real estate market in Beijing is also affected. This article briefly analyzes and judges the price changes of the common commercial housing market in the post-Olympic period and puts forward some preliminary suggestions to promote the healthy development of the capital residential market.
