最近,国内亦开始利用免疫学方法研究大气污染对儿童健康的影响。但在免疫学指标选用上有的过于单一,其结果不足以说明这种复杂的影响过程;有的采血量多,测定手续麻烦,难于在现场应用。 根据几年的实践,1983年我们选出了四项易于在现场应用的方法,对生活在大气污染区的儿童进行了机体非特异免疫机能的测定。与此同时,进行了儿童因病缺席的统计。
Recently, the domestic use of immunological methods has also started to study the impact of air pollution on children’s health. However, the selection of immunological indicators are too simple, the results are not sufficient to illustrate the complex impact of the process; some blood volume, measurement procedures, and difficult to use in the field. Based on several years of practice, in 1983 we selected four easy-to-use methods for the determination of non-specific immune function in children living in air pollution areas. In the meantime, statistics on the absence of children due to illness were conducted.
