为解决水利工程中普遍使用的注浆材料流动性差、结石率低等问题,本研究以水泥为基本材料,掺加粉煤灰及膨润土,将减水剂、膨胀剂作为外加剂,对不同配比的材料进行浆液流动性及结石体物理性能等试验分析,综合各试验结果得出适用的材料配比。试验结果表明:掺加膨润土可以增加浆液稳定性,提高结石率,但同时会降低浆液流动性;掺加适量粉煤灰可以增加浆液流动性,提高浆液可注性;随着膨润土和粉煤灰掺量增加,浆液结石体的强度会有明显下降;因而膨润土和粉煤灰的掺量应适宜。研究成果对水利工程注浆材料研发具有较大的指导意义。
In order to solve the problems of poor fluidity and low rate of stone grouting materials commonly used in water conservancy projects, this study used cement as the basic material, mixed with fly ash and bentonite, water reducer and expanders as additive, Than the material for slurry fluidity and physical properties of calculi test analysis, the results of the test derived applicable material ratio. The results show that the addition of bentonite can increase the stability of slurry and increase the rate of stone, but at the same time it will reduce the fluidity of slurry. Addition of proper amount of fly ash can increase the fluidity of slurry and improve the injectability of slurry. With the addition of bentonite and fly ash The dosage increases, the strength of the slurry stone body will be significantly reduced; therefore, the dosage of bentonite and fly ash should be appropriate. The research results have great guiding significance for the research and development of grouting materials for hydraulic engineering.
